In no event shall fb74's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fb74 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
